How soon can you get someone out if i need an emergency locksmith?
We try to get out as quickly as possible, usually within an hour, but sometimes as quick as 15 minutes depending on your location.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes, our locksmiths do and can help with any emergency 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
How much do you charge?
We strive to provide low-cost locksmith prices to our customers, and do not charge a call out fee. Please visit our pricing page on our website for more information.
Do we charge for a call out?
We do not charge any call out fee’s no matter what time of day or night you call.
What payment types do you accept?
Jet Locksmith’s accept credit/debit cards, but unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
Can a lock be opened without having to break in?
Our team always try to fix and open any locks by using a non-destructive method as this will always keep the cost down. However, on some occasions we may have to break the lock to gain entry. We will always provide you with any costings before proceeding with any work.
Should I change my house locks if I lose my keys?
If you lose your keys for your house, or think they may have been stolen, we advise that you should get your locks changed as soon as possible. This is important for security reasons but could also impact your home insurance policy.
Do you do invoice payment terms?
Unfortunately, we do not do invoicing for new customers, only customers that give us regular work can be invoiced and pay later.
Can i have numerous locks working on 1 key?
Yes, you can have 1 key for your whole house in most cases, there are a few exceptions. i.e., if you can’t have 1 key for a cylinder lock & a mortice lock as the keys are totally different.
Do i need to change my locks if i have just moved in?
Yes, most definitely, as you never know who has copies of the door keys.
